腰痛
私は若い頃から腰痛に悩まされているのですが、またまた昨日から腰痛が再発
今日の練習をキャンセルするか迷っていたところ、友人からtextが。。。

とのこと
テニスの神様が私に休養をくれたに違いありません
「今日はテニスは休んで腰を治しなさい
」
と。。。
というわけで、今日はテニスをせず、療養することになりました。。。

しかし、年を取るにつれて筋・骨格系の障害が増えること増えること
ストレッチをしたり、体の使い方、姿勢などに本当に気をつけなければいけませんね
